{"id":2599,"date":"2018-10-20T13:47:00","date_gmt":"2018-10-20T11:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.afm.fe.it\/?p=2599"},"modified":"2020-12-11T11:08:21","modified_gmt":"2020-12-11T10:08:21","slug":"antr-e-unita-operativa-di-nefrologia-ferrara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.afm.fe.it\/?p=2599","title":{"rendered":"ANTR e Unit\u00e0 Operativa di Nefrologia Ferrara"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>AFM Farmacie Comunali Ferrara S.r.l&nbsp; parteciper\u00e0 ad un evento organizzato da&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ANTR E NEFROLOGIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PER VALORIZZARE IL SAPORE DEL CIBO NEL PAZIENTE NEFROPATICO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La malattia renale in generale costringe il paziente a sottoporsi a diete alimentari particolari, che comprendono restrizioni in qualit\u00e0 e quantit\u00e0 e spesso obbligano a mangiare alimenti senza sapore.&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.antr.it\/\">L\u2019Associazione Nazionale Trapiantati Renali<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;ANTR \u2013 in collaborazione con l\u2019Unit\u00e0&nbsp;Operativa di Nefrologia dell\u2019Azienda Ospedaliero-Universitaria di Ferrara diretta dalla dott.ssa Alda Storari, organizza un convegno \/degustazione dal titolo&nbsp;\u201cIl gusto nel piatto\u201d&nbsp;che si terr\u00e0 a Palazzo della Racchetta sabato 20 ottobre dalle ore 9.30 alle 14.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u201cIl gusto nel piatto\u201d&nbsp;vuole essere il progetto dedicato a pazienti nefropatici per valorizzare l\u2019importanza della dieta e dimostrare che anche le&nbsp;\u201cdiete renali&nbsp;\u201c&nbsp;possono avere&nbsp;\u201cgusto\u201d. Al termine dell\u2019evento saranno presentati assaggi di piatti realizzati&nbsp;\u201ccon sapore\u201d, indirizzati al paziente nefropatico e dializzato.
